Common questions
I forgot my password
Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen. You will receive a password reset email within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
I am not receiving emails from ClarityCaddie
Check your spam or junk folder. If emails are still not arriving, contact us at support@claritycaddie.com and we will investigate.
How do I change my subscription?
Player subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Open your device settings, tap your Apple ID, then tap Subscriptions to manage your ClarityCaddie plan. Coach subscriptions are managed directly — email us to make changes.
Account and data deletion
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.
To request deletion, email support@claritycaddie.com from the email address linked to your account. Include “Account Deletion” in the subject line.
We will process your request within 30 days. Once completed, all your data is permanently removed — including swing thoughts, round history, coaching connections, and any other content associated with your account.
